Floral and Lace Kimono

Today's look is one of my FAVORITE combinations! You can find me in some form of this outfit at least once a week during the summertime! A tee and denim shorts paired with a kimono is an effortlessly easy look that can be dressed up or down. It's perfect for traveling or for a date night depending on the accessories you pair with it! I could definitely see myself wearing this on an upcoming road trip with sandals and jeans (or even leggings).

This kimono comes from Impressions Boutique. I have been shopping there for awhile now, and was so excited to see that they started carrying Merritt, an exclusive in-house brand. All of the pieces are extremely versatile and perfect for spring and bonus? They are totally affordable! While shopping the site I noticed the even had these fabulous shorts!

It looks great paired with jeans, shorts or even white pants. I am always looking for tops that can be styled simply (minimal jewelry) and completely make the look. This printed tunic definitely does the job! I paired it with distressed denim, espadrilles and my favorite necklace for a casual boho look!

I am so ready for the weekend! The weather is supposed to be beautiful, and I can't wait to soak up some sunshine!

I wore this outfit last weekend, for a warm spring day. This time of year, I love pairing long sleeve tops with shorts. Anybody else get a little excited to pull out your shorts the second spring starts? I can't wait to wear my denim shorts with crop tops and bodysuits, but when the weather is not quite warm enough for bare arms and legs, a long sleeve top can be a good solution for still being able to wear your shorts! This easy to wear top is lightweight and comfortable, making it a perfect transition piece!
