Happy Thursday, guys!

I have spent this week going to trainings and spending time in my classroom getting it ready for the new school year! I have a few weeks left and still SO much to do! Where did the summer go?!

Luckily, the weather is still wonderful and I am still rocking my summer wardrobe. When I received this fun kimono from The Purple Door Boutique, I wished I had started the summer with it. Denim Skirt and an Off the Shoulder Top

Today I am wearing a denim mini skirt and I love it. 

I haven't owned one since my middle school days when my Hollister and Abercrombie skirts were some of my most loved clothing. 

I've been wanting to add a new denim mini to my wardrobe, and when I saw the buttons and light wash of this option, I immediately ordered it and I've been wearing it all summer long! One of my favorite ways to wear it is with an off the shoulder top, but is that any surprise? This adorable printed top can be worn two ways! It has straps that make it the perfect cold shoulder top, but tucking the straps in converts this cutie into a off the shoulder dream!

Yes. Throw in some ruffles and a watermelon clutch and you are the epitome of summer vacation. 

I LOVE this dress. It might possibly be the cutest dress I've ever owned. I have worn it too many times to count this summer, but it is the easiest thing to throw on and I can't get over the fit or the ruffles!

Be prepared for kimono overload this month! Kimonos are my go to as the weather slowly starts to change. They are lightweight enough that they are perfect for hot days but add that extra layer making them great for chillier evenings.
