Even though it is FREEZING outside, spring is creeping in to my wardrobe. Is there anything happier than a bright yellow coat and fun colored tassels? Paired together, makes for an outfit that might just tide me over until spring time. It also makes for the perfect birthday outfit on this chilly February day!

This little bag was a birthday present to myself. I am OBSESSED with the bright tassels and the fact that it is the perfect size. If this style isn't for you, check out other options below, like the fabulous clutch. This will definitely make the perfect bag to transition into warmer weather!

January Instagram Roundup

I am beyond thrilled that it is finally February.
January was a pretty blah month, with lots of cold weather (including snow) and grey, dreary days. I get to spend some time in California at the end of December/beginning of January, which was definitely my biggest highlight. I also broke my phone at the end of December and spent a lot of the month of January having to borrow my husband's phone to snap instagram photos. Luckily I get a new phone this week...yay!
Here is a look at some of my January instagram favorites, or head on over to @twentiesgirlstyle to see them yourself!

An outfit I packed for Cali

Stripes + a Camel Vest

Top: American Eagle, similar here and here // Vest: c/o Shein // Pants: Similar here and here // Shoes: Steve Madden 'Eleanorr' // Bag: Rebecca Minkoff 'Regan' //
Confession time. I clearly cannot stop wearing my white denim this winter, as documented here and here. It's easy to wear and goes with just about anything, making it easy for these to be one of the first pieces I grab when getting dressed.

I love a great striped shirt, so it was a no-brainer to pair it with my favorite pair of white jeans. This camel vest was the perfect addition to top off the look. It's such a fun piece and I love the way it flows. The best part? It's only $15...a total steal!! I definitely recommend adding this little number into your wardrobe to throw in to your winter mix!

Today's blogger of the week from last week's link-up is Amanda of A Good Hue! Amanda's casual winter attire has me craving one last snow day just so I can re-create this cozy look! The mix of plaid and stripes is is such a perfect combo for a snowy afternoon!

Turtleneck + Over the Knee Boots

Sweater: Nordstrom, also love this option // Pants: Similar here and here // Boots: Here (HIGHLY recommend!)  // Bag: Tory Burch, similar // Sunnies: Illesteva via Ditto - try DITTO for 1 month free! Use code 'TWENTIESGIRLSTYLE//
If you haven't noticed, I have been LOVING winter white lately. I mentioned in yesterday's post that this January was feeling a little dreary, and I noticed that wearing white works as a mini mood booster! It's a reminder that warm weather is just around the corner!

I wore a very similar outfit last week, and loved it so much that I just couldn't help but recreate it this week! I LOVE this turtleneck sweater SO much that I bought it in a few colors. It has been one of my winter staples and I have mixed and matched these sweet little sweaters quite a few different ways.

One thing at the top of my lust list? A pair of Stuart Weitzman over the knee boots... a girl can dream, right? I didn't want to splurge as I wasn't sure how much I would wear them, and when this pair came highly recommended, I couldn't help but snatch them up. It's definitely the look for less as these boots look so similar to the more pricey option! I've gotten a ton of wear out of them and definitely recommend! Maybe next year I will splurge on a pair of Weitzman's or be so good all year that Santa will leave them under the tree for me next year... :) but for now these will do JUST fine!
