This pair of overalls is one of my closet essentials! I've had the same pair for about 3 years and continue to wear them from season to season! If you've followed along for awhile, you may have seen them here, here, here, here and here and plenty of other places! Like I said, I wear them from season to season! 

One way I love to style them in the summer is with a pretty top. Something with a little ruffle, like this $20 top (a total steal!), adds the perfect feminine touch. It's an easy summer look for date night or running errands!

I know everybody has varying opinions on overalls, but I really feel like they should be a closet staple! There is nothing easier than throwing on a tee and overalls and heading out the door. They are cute and effortless and one of my favorite ways to rock denim!

For an easy Saturday outing, I paired them with a cute ruffle tee and my favorite sneakers. The ruffle detailing adds a fun feminine touch but is still casual with sneakers. I added a neutral bomber to beat the chilly spring breeze and a blue crossbody for a fun pop of color.

There is nothing I love more than a great pair of overalls. I've had this pair for a few years and they are always one of the first things I reach for on the weekend!

Styling Overalls for Winter

Overalls are my jam. 

They are definitely one of my favorite ways to wear denim and I've styled them multiple times on the blog, including a How to Wear Overalls series I did last year. Many of those posts included ways to incorporate overalls in to your spring wardrobe, with off the shoulder tops and breezy cardigans. Overalls are not just for spring and summer though! They transition perfectly from season to season! 

I love layering up my favorite overalls in the winter (as seen here and here) with beanies, vests and boots. Another great way is to pair them with a chunky knit sweater. This ensures you stay nice and cozy all day long! I am obsessed with these black skinny overalls from Boohoo. It's my last post in the How to Wear Overalls series (part 1 // part 2 // part 3 // part 4). The weather has been amazing the past two days and I am soaking it up!! Nothing is better than a day out in the warm sunshine after being frozen all winter long.
One of my favorite ways to wear overalls when the weather warms up is with an off the shoulder top. This blush option has been one of my favorites lately...because duh, it's blush! It's such a fun, easy spring or summer look. I paired it with my current favorite wedges. If you are looking for a good pair of wedges, these are it! They are so comfortable and I love that they lace up!
