Little Striped Dress With a Twist

I am a huge fan of stripes...but really, who isn't?! The moment I saw this little striped number I was sold! The tassels at the bottom give a unique twist making this cutie a fun summer dress. It also doesn't hurt that it's just $10. Yes, TEN DOLLARS!!
