Just because it's winter, doesn't mean you can't show a little shoulder! I can't turn a cute off the shoulder top down and the moment I saw this cutie from Poshsquare, I knew it was the perfect piece to add to my winter wardrobe! The best part? It comes in 4 great colors, and is under $40!

While there are so many great off the shoulder sweaters this season, sometimes you don't want the extra bulk a sweater adds. This top is great for date night or a girl's night out. My winter break is officially over and I am back to work today.

I'm not going to lie, I will miss lazy, relaxed days of staying in my pjs until noon and binge watching my favorite shows, however, it will be good to get back to the grind. 

I feel recharged and refreshed and ready to take on the new year!

Winter has fully arrived here, with consistent snow showers and temps below 20. I have been all about layering soft knit sweaters, long sleeve tees and chunky scarves. When you have a sweater as cute as this one from PB&J Boutique, layering is made easy. Best of 2016

I can't believe 2016 is coming to a close!

2016 was a pretty chill year after a crazy 2015.

I traveled to Arizona, California and Mexico.

I went to Disneyland not once, but twice (it's my favorite place!).

Celebrated one year of marriage with E.

Started my third year of teaching.

I am excited to see what adventures 2017 has in store!
