One of my best purchases this winter has been this sweet little black dress. A LBD is a closet staple, and I love that this one has a unique twist with velvet polka dots. The waist line makes it perfect to wear with tops or sweaters as it turns it into the cutest little polka dot skirt! The absolute best part about this cutie dress?
