Palm prints and pom poms were two trends I was obsessed with last summer. I love when trends stick around for longer than one season, because I love pulling out pieces from the year before and falling in love with them all over again.
When I was packing for Mexico, I came across these shorts from last year. They were a part of a two piece set, and I set them aside, not thinking to wear them separately. However, when I purchased this ADORABLE top, I knew I wanted to pair them with something that popped. These shorts caught my eye, and upon trying them out, I knew I had a match made in heaven! Topped off with fun earrings and lace up wedges, this made for the perfect outfit for a night of tacos and margaritas in Cancun!

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Mine was pretty lazy, but I won't lie...I thoroughly enjoyed it! After two hectic weeks, I was definitely ready for a relaxing, laid back weekend, that ended my favorite way...pjs on and on the couch for a movie with E. I'm refreshed and ready for the week!

The moment I put on this sweet dress, I knew it would be perfect for Mexico! The soft print and fun bell sleeves automatically make it a dress suited for vacation! This dress has also convinced me that a white, bell sleeve dress is a spring and summer must have! Linking up some of my favorites below!

I hope you have had a wonderful week! It has been warm and sunny and I have been LOVING it. It definitely makes coming home from a warm, tropical vacation easier when the weather is in the 80s! 

This was one of my favorite outfits I wore in Mexico. This romper is ridiculously comfortable and easy to wear, and it doesn't hurt that it's just $20! 

You can't go wrong with a romper and wedge combo. Rompers are such an easy piece to wear in the spring and summer and are also great for traveling (shop some of my favorite rompers here). Every girl also needs a comfortable pair of wedge sandals. I am always looking for great wedges this time of year that are comfortable enough for me to take from work to a night out!

Pardon the poor photo quality today. We snapped these photos in the middle of a storm while in Mexico. It was POURING rain and the wind was insane. We had to stand in the hall of the resort, but the wind continued to whip my hair and dress around and paired with poor lighting, it made it hard for the camera to focus. I swear, I'm looking into getting a new camera soon! 

I wanted to share anyways, because this dress is TOO cute! I promise I will snap some new photos in it next time I wear it so you can really see how adorable it is!
