Stripes and Fringe

Jacket: Here // Top: Old Navy ($10) // Necklace: Bauble Bar (on sale!) // Jeans: Similar here //
Boots: Nordstrom BP 'Trolley' // Sunnies: Ray-Ban // Bag: Luana Italy (get 15% off with code 'TWENTIESGIRLSTYLE'

This tee might be the best $10 I've ever spent. I have been wearing it non-stop since purchasing it a few weeks ago. It's one of those magical pieces of clothing that looks good with just about anything. It's a tad longer, which I LOVE, and it also has the side split hem, which I've also been a huge fan of lately. It comes in a variety of colors, and I definitely recommend picking one up stat. Who doesn't love a good striped tee?

Casual Saturday

Sweater: Nordstrom // Necklace: Bauble Bar // Jeans: Similar distressed denim options here // Booties: Nordstrom BP 'Trolley' // Sunglasses: Ray-ban // Bag: Rebecca Minkoff //

Some variation of this outfit has been my go to for the past few weeks. It's that weird time of year where you never know what the weather is going to be like. It's not really cold enough to wear lots of layers, but it's still too chilly to wear open toe shoes (although I did wear them once this weekend when temps reached 60!) or short sleeve t-shirts. My compromise is a cozy sweater and rolled jeans with booties, trading a warm scarf for a statement necklace.

This y-chain necklace is one of my most worn pieces. It goes with everything and I am in love with the turquoise. It comes in 4 colors and is currently on sale for less than $50!

I am linking up a few of my favorite sweaters for Spring below! My favorite though? Anything with a side split hem!

How to Wear Overalls: Casual Meets Chic + #WIWT

Overalls: Free People // Top: Old Navy (on sale for $10!) // Sweater: c/o Joyworks //
Shoes: Nordstrom BP 'Trolley' // Necklace: c/o Taudrey // Bag: Rebecca Minkoff // Sunnies: Ray-Ban //
I have been obsessed with overalls for a few years now. I got these a couple years ago for my birthday and they have become a staple in my wardrobe. I often have people tell me they struggle with styling them, but I truly think they are one of the easiest pieces to style...just think of them as a unique pair of jeans!
Starting today, every Thursday this March, I will be sharing a different way I style overalls.

Today's look is a casual way I would style them for running errands or for a Friday at work! Pairing them with a nicer tee and a sweater is an easy way that is laid-back but not too casual. I dress it up a bit more by cuffing the legs and adding a pair of heeled booties. Swapping out the shoes for a pair of sneakers would give this outfit a totally different vibe!
