#WIWT Leopard

 Dress: Loft (this fall)
Sunnies: Anthropologie

It's been a crazy few days in my world!
My posts have been sparse the past few weeks as I focused on getting ready for the end of the trimester at work AND planning a wedding.
I decided to take a few days off from the blog to really focus on getting a few things done, and it's been such a huge relief to get those big worries checked off my to do list!
This will be my only post this week, but hopefully things will be back to normal by next week! Thanks in advance for being patient with me and continuing to support Twenties Girl Style as I juggle a few different things at once...it's a learning process!

Now, about this sweet little dress! I picked this up at Loft last fall and it was one of my favorite pieces for fall and winter. I loved pairing it with tights, chunky sweaters, thick socks and boots, but with warmer days ahead, I felt the urge to break it out with bare legs (and my all time favorite shoes of course)! I have linked some of my current favorite leopard options for you to get the look!

Layered Maxi

Sweater: Free People 'Shaggy Knit Pullover' // sold out - similar
Hat: Target - love this option
Earrings: Forever 21

One of the things I love most about spring is being able to transition some of my favorite summer pieces in! One of my go to combos this time of year is my favorite maxi dresses paired with over sized sweaters. I love the sweet boho vibes and how comfortable it is!

When I received this dress from Cheeky Peach Boutique, I automatically put it on to wear out to dinner. It didn't matter that it was raining, or freezing, I had to wear it. I'm sure we have all done that at some point or another in our lives! The easiest, most wearable way to style this fab dress for the weather, was to throw a chunky knit sweater over the top, and add a floppy hat and booties. I'm going on vacation soon though and am excited to wear this maxi all by itself! I can't wait for you to see the gorgeous detailing on this dress (if you really can't wait, you can check it out here...also check out this tassel dress that I am obsessing over)!

Rainy Days

 Top: Old - similar
Vest: J.Crew  // sold out, but they usually bring it back every fall! //
Also loving these bright options for spring!
Scarf: Target
Hat: Target

Happy Wednesday!
I have been the worst blogger lately! Between wedding planning and work (report cards are due soon!),  I have a full plate! I might not be the most consistent with posting in the next few weeks in the mad dash to spring break...but spring break is just a week and a half away and I can't wait for a little time to relax!

Exciting news on the wedding planning front though...I found my wedding dress! It was a pretty big dilemma, as I was kind of late starting my hunt. Did you know they like you to start shopping for your dress 1 year to 10 months before your wedding day?! I didn't! It also didn't help that we have only been engaged since late December and our engagement will only be a grand total of about 7 months...so that dress timeline wasn't even an option for me.
But, I said 'yes!' to the dress, we ordered it and it gets here in early July...it's a time crunch, but fingers crossed it all works out!

I don't mind rainy days when I get to break out my Hunter's! These get a lot of wear in the winter time, but because we had such a mild winter, they didn't get to make many appearances! I'm dying to get them in green, pink, red, purple...or pretty much any other fun color! With spring just around the corner (Friday is the first official day!), I've linked some options below to re-create this look with spring in mind!
