My Nana (Grandma) is selling her house. It's sort of a bittersweet feeling, as I grew up at this house, spending far more of my childhood there than my own home. I've been trying to spend as much time as possible there before she moves out in mid September and re-visiting childhood memories has made me ridiculously nostalgic. Growing up, the house was always surrounded with a beautiful, almost untamed garden. As a child, going through the gate to the spacious backyard was always a little like discovering the secret garden again and again. To this day, I still get that wonderful feeling left over from my childhood and it never fails to take my breathe away. This is something I will miss.

As for my maxi, I found this little gem at Target (where else?!). I am obsessed with the print and the beading at the top. I love that this dress can be worn with little to no jewelry and decided to pair it with a few bracelets for the perfect touch.

  I am obsessed with this skirt. True. 

I have it in two colors. Also true. 

I wear it almost every day. False...more like two times a week (embarrassing!). 

When I found this Forever21 skirt online, I went a little bananas, purchasing 4...two for me, one for my sister, and one for my BFF. Whats better than a $13, sheer, hi-lo with the perfect fit?!  I have paired this skirt with multiple shirts, but my favorite way has been to knot it (Well Duh :] ). 

I haven't been that great of a blogger lately. My boyfriend has one year left of college and leaves for school (without me :[ ) in less than a week. We have been spending tons of time together lately trying to enjoy and squeeze every last ounce of summer fun in before it's over. I will be so sad to see him leave this Saturday, but plan on sending care packages often. Any cute ideas of what I could include??

 There is nothing better than a piece of clothing that can be worn multiple ways. I wore this adorable floral romper during the day to run errands. I am obsessed with the print and the adorable bow detail at the top. Later in the evening, I knotted a chambray shirt over the top, turning the romper into an adorable pair of loose, flowy shorts for the perfect casual date night outfit. 

I'm not sure if you can tell, but I'm OBSESSED with my DV by Dolce Vita 'Onya' platforms and my Cinema Americano bracelet from Jewelmint. I turn to them frequently when getting dressed, as I feel they are the two pieces that can complete just about any outfit. Do you have one (or more) of those pieces?
