Hey friends! 

I've been MIA this week dealing with the craziness that is the end of the school year. We have 18 days left and I still have SO much to do! My day consists of getting up at 5am, getting to work by 6:45am, leaving school around 3:30ish (depending on the day) running errands and then plopping down in front of my computer to work on my pro-teach portfolio (a teacher re-certification process). I am already dreaming of my lazy summer days ahead! 

I've share this cutie top on instagram a few times! I love the pretty pink, the detailing on the top and the little ruffle on the sleeves. It's perfect for this time of year when the weather is all over the place! Pair it with jeans for a chillier spring day and swap them out for shorts when the weather is warmer!

As trends come and go, there is one trend I am excited to see sticking around...off the shoulder! While I love a good off the shoulder top year round, there is nothing better than baring a little shoulder in the summer time. It's a great way to show off that sun-kissed skin without showing too much, and as popular as it has become, there are SO many options for great off the shoulder pieces! 

I always find my cutest off the shoulder pieces in the trend section at Nordstrom! I love that they have a wide variety of unique off the shoulder picks that don't break the bank! They add new arrivals daily, so I have plenty of options and am always adding to my online cart! 

I recently picked up two new off the shoulder pieces that are perfect for summer! You might remember this romper from a few posts back. I was so in love with the fit, that I had to pick it up in this fun palm print, which screams summer (it comes in a midi dress and slip dress too!). Pack it for a beach vacay or wear it to run errands, it's an easy, breezy piece for those hot summer days!

Sharing another one of my vacation looks today! I hope you aren't tired of them yet! I have a few more outfits to share! 

In the summer, I have one or two pieces that I always reach for. Something easy, cute and comfortable. This summer, that item will definitely be these shorts! These shorts feel like wearing PJs! They are ridiculously comfortable, but I love that they are still cute and easy to wear out and about. They have the perfect high waisted fit, so you can wear them with a crop top, or pair them with a basic tee and sneakers for a more laid back look! They come in a ton of colors and prints, which makes me think maybeeee I should just buy one for every day of the week:)

Monday...we meet again.

Anybody else feel like the weekend is over in the blink of an eye? How is it over already?! I wish I could hit rewind! 

The next month is going to be crazy as the school year winds down and I finish with my pro-cert. I have a lot to get done in a little bit of time but summer break is in view! 

This skirt was one of my FAVORITE purchases for my vacation! It's so soft and I love the palm print. It sold out fast, but I just noticed it was restocked in all sizes! If you are looking for a pretty skirt to add in to your outfit rotations for summer or looking for a statement vacation piece, this skirt is a must! I paired it with a flirty ruffle off the shoulder top. It has the cutest knot front detailing that can be tied higher or lower depending on what you are styling it with!
