Orange Dream

Top: c/o A Cut Above Boutique // Shorts: BlankNYC // Shoes: Dolce Vita // Bag: Nordstrom // Tassels: Misa, more bag charms here // Earrings: Baublebar //
I'm not sure when it happened, but I am obsessed with orange! Just like my blush obsession this spring, everything I'm drawn to lately is a vibrant shade of orange. It might just be my new color of summer!
What do I love more than orange? Off the shoulder of course. So when I saw this orange off the shoulder top from A Cut Above Boutique, it was love at first sight! Something about this top reminds me of summer and orange dream creamsicles. I've already worn this twice top...styling it above for a hot Saturday, and then swapping out the shorts for my favorite white skinnies for a date night look!

Printed Mini Dress

Dress: c/o Empire South // Bag: Rebecca Minkoff // Earrings: Bauble Bar // Shoes: Dolce Vita // Bracelet: Taudrey
Happy Friday!
Anybody else incredibly ready for the weekend? I definitely am!
My little sister graduates from high school today! I am excited to spend the weekend celebrating her! Congrats Jai!

This sweet printed shift dress is from Empire South, one of my latest boutique obsessions! This dress is a SO cute! I love the fit and the fun print. I've worn it a few different ways, but pairing it with bright accessories might just be my favorite!

This bag is currently sold out in this color, but DIY versions are sweeping the internet! Check out these DIY posts here and here. How cute right?? I'm thinking of making the second as my first craft of the summer!

Hat: Nordstrom, similar , more panama hats here //
It's Thursday!
I am smack dab in the middle of the craziness that is the end of the year. Finishing report cards, cleaning my classroom and taking part in all of the end of year activities. There may be some sporadic posts over the next week as I finish out the rest of my school year, but I am excited for summer break and spending more time blogging!

A little white dress is a summer essential! The moment I saw this sweet embroidered LWD, I knew I had found my white dress of summer! Tassels and bright embroidery..? Yes, please! Paired with cognac accessories, this is an outfit I will be wearing all summer long! The best part? This dress is under $50!

Orange Maxi Dress

Dress: 'Goddess Maxi' c/o A Cut Above Boutique  // Shoes: 6pm (currently on sale for under $50!) // Earrings: Baublebar // Bag: Rebecca Minkoff // Hat: Nordstrom - similar //
 Happy Tuesday!
Anybody else feel ready and refreshed to take on the week after the long weekend? I know I am, especially now that we are in the single digits count down to the last day of school!

Every summer I invest in a few maxi dresses. They are my favorite pieces to dress up or down and I love that I can easily style them for work! One problem I tend to face with maxi's is the length. Being fairly short (5'3) maxi's always run long on me...even a great pair of wedges aren't always an easy fix. A quick easy fix that DOES work though is knotting up the bottom. I love that it gives the dress a little flair and allows me to show off my shoes, all while ensuring I don't trip over the hemline!

I'm currently OBSESSED with orange (aka be prepared to see it a ton on the blog this summer). There's something so refreshing and fun about a great piece of orange clothing...it's so perfect for the summer time! This dress from A Cut Above Boutique is no exception. I love the high neckline and the color is even prettier in person...not to mention it's under $50! This is definitely a dress I will be living in the next few months!
