Can I just say, I LOVE this scarf?? The mixture of purples and pinks really is the perfect pick me up for a dreary winter day. It has snowed SO much here since the beginning of December. It definitely makes taking photos difficult! We found a small area free of snow, thankfully, although from the pictures you can tell the snow is lurking. I know winter just begun, but I can't help dreaming of summer sunshine and mini dresses!

Happy Tuesday! 

I'm coming off of a long and relaxing 3 day weekend and ready to take on the short work week! I don't get many lazy days, and yesterday I decided to stay in comfy clothes, not do my hair or makeup and spend the day watching Netflix. Sometimes days like this...especially when it is frigid outside...can be totally blissful. Anybody else enjoy a day like this? 

 An all black ensemble is one of the easiest outfits for the winter time. Anybody else struggle with dressing on those chilly days, where really all you are after is warmth? Black skinnies and a black long sleeve are so easy to accessorize! One of my favorite ways to accessorize? Pairing it with a colorful coat. I love this option because it sticks with neutral tones, but definitely pulls the outfit together!

Today I am sharing another look from my vacation over winter break! I wore this outfit in California one day and it definitely had me craving warm summer days! This little jacket was the perfect piece to pack as it was a great weight for the warm afternoons and chillier evenings. I love that it can be worn open as a jacket, or tied closed as a top and I definitely see myself wearing this a ton this spring and summer!

Birthday Wish List!

Hey guys! 

After promising to blog daily, I sort of fell of the bandwagon after Winter Break! It was a busy week last week getting back into the swing of things, and with an unplanned trip out of town this past weekend, blogging kind of got pushed to the back burner! I am so excited to ACTUALLY get back to posting regularly next week, but have a few posts scheduled for the rest of this week! 

My birthday is just around the corner and there are a few things at the top of my list! I am so excited to FINALLY get a new phone at the beginning of February, so a few fun phone cases are needed! You also may notice some fun summery pieces, as I am counting down the days to Spring Break!
