 Sometimes there is nothing better than keeping an outfit simple. Now that doesn't mean plain jane and strictly solid colors, but more along the lines of the less is more rule.

I LOVE jewelry. I literally have it scattered just about anywhere and everywhere as I don't have enough space to contain it. Somedays I am all for stacking as many bracelets as I can up my arm and putting on huge earrings or a chunky necklace to complete a look. Other times, I want one piece that is simple yet stands out. This necklace from 7 Chics Boutique is currently my new favorite. It's the perfect piece to wear alone as the length is fabulous and the blue arrowhead really pops, but it also looks fabulous layered. I have been wearing this thing non-stop it seems!

I love this lace off the shoulder top and sheer maxi skirt and wanted a fun, yet simple shoe to finish it off. These sandals from 7 Chics Boutique were also perfect, as they had a classic shape and were a neutral color, but have that pop of uniqueness in the stud detailing! These pictures were taken when it felt like a mild 150 degrees outside. One of those days when you step outside and you literally feel your hair droop and your makeup slide off of your face. But this location was totally worth it! I tagged along to help my sister with a photo shoot, and then we stopped by the local market for some gelato and moseyed along the park path. I knew I had to snap some pictures when we discovered a sweet pond, surrounded by tall trees. It definitely felt like something out of Princess and The Frog...down by the Bayou.

This dress by 1802 was the perfect dress for the sweltering heat! It was breezy and light weight and I am absolutely obsessed with the print! I definitely can't wait to pair it with a chunky scarf and jacket come the fall! I accessorized with some pretty pieces from Chloe + Isabel. Vanessa, my wonderful Chloe + Isabel stylist, has done it again! She seriously knows exactly what will look good on me! This gold feather hinge bracelet looks absolutely stunning all by itself or in a stack and the matching earrings are the perfect compliment! Tassels are every where lately. It seems everything and anything can be made better just by putting a tassel on it. 

You might have noticed I've been wearing these bracelets EVERYWHERE. You might have also noticed that so is every body else. Stop what you are doing now and go get your self one ASAP!
