 Happy 4th of July! 

Today I am all about things stars and stripes...obviously!

When I received this dress from Sugarhill Boutique, I automatically knew it would be perfect for the 4th. 

So when I saw this scarf at Target I knew I had a match made in heaven and Stars and Stripes has been my theme of the week! 

Today I have plans to head to the lake with my boyfriend and meet up with my best friend and her husband for mini golf and lunch. 

I am sure the day will be filled with lots of good food, water fun, fireworks and "GO 'MURICA" references (duh).

I hope you have a fab 4th and party like it's 1776...but maybe not really because I'm not sure how fun that would actually be. It sounds cool anyways!

Is this top not the cutest thing you have ever seen?? There is something so fabulous about a fun top and a pair of jeans. A sweet, simple look that can take you from shopping to a dinner date. This top from Sugar Love Boutique is currently at the top of my closet favorites. I love that it's strapless, love the ruffle, crocheted detailing and LOVE the pretty purple color. I'm pretty much obsessed!

EVERY girl should have a great pair of tan/brown wedges in their closet! A comfortable pair of wedges in a great neutral color is something you can wear all summer long with anything in your wardrobe! I swear I wear mine all day, every day...but I now also own more than one pair, oops! If wedges aren't your thing, a neutral color sandal is a perfect option too! Although summer is just beginning, sandals and wedges are becoming harder to find in the size you need and the style you love. I was pleasantly surprised at the options at Spartoo UK. I have found myself browsing their site a few times this week and now my online shopping cart is a full scroll page long (anybody else ever have this problem?).  When I received this dress from LilyLulu, I immediately became obsessed. I love that it has a sweet floral print and skater skirt, but has a litttleee bit of sexy in the cross-over top and cut out center. It's the perfect mix of sweet and sexy and I had the song 'Fancy' by Iggy Azalea running through my head throughout the whole day. The print and fit called for few accessories, so of course I paired it with a wrist full of Bauble Bar and a bright orange clutch to finish it all off. I'm so fancy....but you already know.

Just like the title, this dress is short and sweet. I love the print and absolutely adore the flattering fit. This little number is a contender for the boyfriend and I's anniversary date night that is quickly approaching!
