Happy Monday! Continuing the blog takeover today with the gorgeous Jacy of Love, Lenore! Jacy's blog has been at the top of my daily reads list for a few years, and I would be lying if I didn't tell you I am slightly obsessed. Jacy is the queen of dressing up basics. She is your go to blogger for everyday wear, as she mixes and matches things every girl has in her closet! When I am struggling with what to wear, I know I can skip over to Jacy's blog for inspiration! I love the way she accessorizes and adds in the perfect touches of color making each outfit unique and ridiculously stylish. I adore this girl and am so happy to get to introduce you to her! A little more about me... I'm the director of communications for a school district (and absolutely love my job), so from 8-5 M-F you'll find me in dressier outfits and no jeans. This was my favorite work outfit from the fall because I love that it's fun but professional!

Two trends that I can't get enough of... Turtle/cowl necks and hats! One look at my blog and you'll notice that I've been wearing a hat in nearly every post this fall/winter season.

2014 has been a great year! 

Just to name a few things...

I got a full time teaching job as a first grade teacher

I went to Disneyland

I GOT ENGAGED! 

The list could go on...but those are just a few things that have made this year extra spectacular! Not to mention, although I have been blogging since 2011 (that is CRAZY! Can you believe it?!), Twenties Girl Style has really grown this past year. I am so excited to see what 2015 has in store for my blog and my life (wedding this summer...??).

Today I want to talk about my favorite trend this Fall/Winter season, the over the knee boots! Honestly, you can throw them on with just about any outfit and you instantly become fabulous in my opinion! Whether they are flat boots or heeled boots, you can wear them with pretty much anything and still make a statement! If you aren't feeling super daring or a beginner over the knee-er try them with a good pair of skinny jeans like I did here!
