You know when you find the perfect combination of pieces and it just feels right? This was definitely one of those outfits! Between the bustier top with the lacy back detail and this beautiful chiffon, flowy skirt in a vibrant peachy tone, I felt pretty all evening. My favorite DV by Dolce Vita platforms and simple gold jewelry were all I needed to complete this summertime look.

 As a recent college grad, I own far too much bodycon. A good bodycon skirt became a staple at my school, as going out on the weekends meant throwing on a bodycon skirt, a cute top and a pair of heels.   Now that I'm freshly post grad, I'm stocked with bodycon skirts but very few events to wear them to. Yesterday, I was dying to wear this cute floral print one I picked up from Pac Sun last year. As I was heading to a low key evening bbq, I knew I couldn't style it the same way I had styled it a few months ago at school (sheer tank with a bandeau underneath and 5inch platform heels). The solution? A baggy white tank (knotted of course!), a fun necklace and colorful tennies. I think my bodycon collection has finally graduated to the real world with me :]

 I picked up this sheer blouse at Target last week and adored pairing it with these neon skinnys. I felt super girly in the bow print and silver jewelry which was perfect for date night with the boy. As I've mentioned before, I am beyond obsessed with DV by Dolce Vita shoes and these platforms are no exception. Not only are they perfect for almost any outfit or occasion, but are also ridiculously comfortable. I'm in love<3

 My grandparent's house was built in the 70's and it definitely shows. From the awesome driftwood fence and the home-made bbq to 'Rachel' the statue/fountain, nothing has been changed in decades. I was definitely feeling like I had traveled back in time while hanging out in the backyard wearing this awesome chevron maxi. If you haven't figured it out already, I am maxi-obsessed this summer. As mentioned previously, I live in a tiny town with very little shopping. Although I have never found anything there before, I wandered into my locale Maurices recently and fell in love with this dress! Not only is it incredibly comfortable, but I am loving the flattering fit and gorgeous print.

 Okay so I have a confession to make. I adore disney songs! They are so catchy it's not even funny. This is a prime example of how I am 23 going on 12. On top of this, I am a very inspired dresser...therefore, when I saw this dress yesterday morning while listening to a little Pocahontas (I promise my music was on shuffle...it's not like thats all I listen too! :] ) , I automatically put it on with a big, colorful, beaded necklace and native inspired sandals. Channeling the  amazing songstress, beauty herself? I think so! Although I doubt Pocahontas would wear this frilly little number while rowing her canoe down the river...
